Freedom Coaching has experienced tremendous growth since our inception in 2011 and God has made it clear that we are to bring more coaches on board to help spread genuine healing and internal freedom to men and women around the world.
At Freedom Coaching, we are disrupting the supply chain for trafficking through one-to-one personalized mentoring to men & women experiencing an attachment to pornography and unchaste behavior. Our goal is to achieve interior freedom through a transformation of mind, heart and vision. We are privileged to work with some of the most broken individuals trapped in the cycle of guilt, shame and self-hatred. It is a joy to walk with them on their journey as they experience transformed lives filled with joy, peace, and gratitude.
After being trained, you are able to set your own schedule and work with clients from around the world using the Freedom Coaching model. You will be a guide and model of redemption for those desiring to live in the redeemed vision. This mission is a great honor and an awesome responsibility. This will be a part-time and possibly a full-time position, depending on how you’d like your schedule to be.
Do you feel called to join us as a Freedom Coach?
Answer the following to see if becoming a Freedom Coach is something that God is leading you to do:
- Are you a faithful practicing Catholic who strives to live what is taught in Sacred Scripture and the Catechism of the Catholic Church, especially regarding the Church’s authentic sexual ethic?
- Are you an authentic witness to the values of the Gospel?
- Does your life reflect a clear and tangible experience of the redemptive love of God?
- Do you have a desire to help clients break free from broken sexuality by communicating & witnessing clearly the healing and wholeness found in a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ?
- Do you have a basic understanding and working knowledge of St. Pope John Paul II’s Theology of the Body? (If you are not familiar with this, this is not a deal breaker.)
- Are you coachable and gifted with the ability to coach and encourage others?
- Are you an effective communicator and an empathetic listener?
- Do you demonstrate tremendous discretion with confidential details?
- Are you able to think on your feet and provide practical and concrete advice that is directly applicable in a client’s life?
- Do you work effectively on your own as well as on a team?
- Are you a self-starter who demonstrates strong boundaries and the ability to keep to a schedule?
- Are you fluent in:
- a) English in a country besides the USA?
- b) any other language besides English?
- * At this time, we are not in need of English or Spanish speaking coaches based in the USA*
- Have you experienced redemption of broken sexuality, especially regarding pornography compulsion and are willing to publicly share your testimony especially on social media? (This is a bonus!)
