Mission & Values

The mission of Freedom Coaching is to serve both men and women

afflicted by the pornified culture

to live in radical interior freedom through a transformation of mind, heart & vision.

Grounded in solid Catholic theology and the Theology of the Body, we envision a world

where everyone recognizes their innate worth and lives in authentic, life-giving love.

Learning to see with new eyes

The Freedom Coaching process is not about willpower alone

— it's about learning to see with new eyes.

Through secure, live, online one-to-one discrete video sessions,

we guide you to replace a distorted view of sexuality and the human body with a Redeemed Vision.

This journey leads not only to freedom

from an attachment to pornified images and unchaste behavior,

but also to deeper spiritual growth, healthier relationships,

and a renewed sense of self-worth.

What we believe about the human person

Every person is made in the image of God, body and soul together.

This  is not a sentiment; it is the foundation of our work.

A pornified culture teaches people to look at a body

and see an object available for use.

The Theology of the Body teaches something else entirely:

the body reveals the person, and that seeing rightly

 is inseparable from loving rightly.

Freedom Coaching exists to move a person

from the first way of seeing to the second

— not by suppressing desire, but by redeeming vision.

Our values

We believe every man and woman is a unique,

unrepeatable son or daughter of God.

We treat every client as a person to be honored,

never a problem to be managed.

Shame is not a tool we use, because shame is part of what kept them stuck.

Dignity

Confidentiality

Because of the nature of what is discussed, our clients' privacy is paramount.

We hold strict standards of confidentiality

as a matter of respect for the dignity of the person.

What is shared stays between the client and the coach.

That trust is the precondition for honesty,

and honesty is the precondition for healing.

Compassion

Our coaches, professionally and/or personally, have walked this road themselves.

We meet you where you are, at the pace you set,

without pressure to reveal more than you're ready to share.

Truth

We don't offer comfortable half-answers.

Freedom Coaching is grounded in what the Church actually teaches

about the human person, because a partial account of the Truth produces a partial freedom.

Accessibility

Sessions carry a fee, and we do our best never to turn anyone away over money.

Thanks to generous benefactors, partial scholarships are available to many of our clients.

What Freedom Coaching is not

Freedom Coaching is not therapy or clinical counseling.

 Therapists diagnose and treat mental health conditions;

our coaches help you examine your perceptions, desires,

and behaviors through a faith-based, growth-oriented lens.

Freedom Coaching is not a "pray it away" methodology:

Jesus Christ, our chief psychologist, is ever present in this work.

Lasting healing is not a filter, an app, or an accountability system.

Those manage behavior.

We're after the vision underneath it.

Who we serve

We serve those who are open to the grace of Jesus Christ to transform their lives.

Our methodology draws deeply from Catholic teaching,

but you don't need to be Catholic to participate —

anyone seeking genuine, deep healing and a fresh perspective is welcome.

We're committed to meeting you where you are.

Married clients often find that as they do their own work,

the effect reaches their spouse;

with a client's written permission, a spouse may sit in on a session.

Take the first step

If any of this describes what you're looking for, the next move is a conversation.
